Recognising the importance of training in today's competitive business environment, Moody International has brought together two industry leading consulting and training companies, Randy Smith Training Solutions and The Enterprise Development Network, to create the Moody International Consulting & Training division (MI C&T).
MI C&T is now the largest and most widely recognised global provider of customised technical, leadership, marine and behaviour-based safety training for the petroleum and other high-risk industries. Additionally, MI C&T offers a range of inspection-related courses (such as quality, welding, coating) and, with its in-house curriculum design expertise, MI C&T is committed to setting the industry's standard for training.
Randy Smith Training Solutions (RSTS)
Moody International acquired Randy Smith Training Solutions (RSTS) in September 2007 and with this acquisition, Moody's Consulting & Training business unit has grown exponentially. Founded in 1988 as an approved well control training provider, RSTS is now the largest and most widely recognised global provider of customised technical, leadership, marine and behaviour-based safety training for the petroleum and other high-risk industries.

Enterprise Development Network (EDN)
In March 2009 Moody International acquired the Enterprise Development Network. EDN, with headquarters in Australia, provides specialist consulting services in cultural and leadership change management processes to improve Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) outcomes for organisations operating in high-risk environments globally. EDN's services encompass client project lifecycles and support day-to-day activities. EDN commonly engages all levels of an organisation; assisting senior management teams with strategic development through to day-to-day coaching and support at the worksite. Coupled with this is EDN's ability to provide powerful baseline data on performance and change.
EDN interventions commonly include:
